Central West Ballet presents a new lecture demo on Coppélia in tandem with the Carnegie Arts Center's up coming exposition.

Hosted by Artistic Director René Daveluy, the dancers of Central West will present vignettes from CWB's production of Coppélia to discuss and showcase the integral relationship between Art and Dance. Based on tales by E.T.A. Hoffmann, the story of Coppélia reflects the ideas and anticpations of early 19th Century society. A unique opportunity to attend an in-depth look at the ballet Coppélia interpreted by the artists of the CWB.
